Single Classes & Class Packs

SINGLE CLASS $30

Valid for any of our classes. Add Concierge Mat & Towel Service that includes all freshly sanitized equipment, including a premium Manduka yoga mat, Yogitoes non-slip skidless mat towel and hand towel for $5. You can also rent just a yoga mat or towels when you arrive for class.

5 CLASS PASS ($130 - SAVE $20)

Valid for any 5 classes. Must be used within 30 days of first class (no exceptions). Add Concierge Mat & Towel Service for $22.50.

10 CLASS PASS ($245 - SAVE $55)

Get 2 classes free (compared to purchasing individual classes)! Valid for any 10 classes. Must be used within 30 days of first class (no exceptions). Add Concierge Mat & Towel Service for $40.

MODIFIED MEMBERSHIPS PLANS WILL RESUME IN AUGUST 2020

We offer three options based on how many classes you plan to attend. More classes = faster results! Be prepared to love the benefits you'll realize, and your Modern experience, so much that you'll likely attend more often than originally planned! Plans are month to month (initial two month commitment) and can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice.

Basic Plan includes 5 classes each month (example: best if you attend 1 class a week on average - you can attend any 5 classes anytime each month)

Premium Plan includes 10 classes each month (example: best if you attend 2-3 classes per week on average - you can attend any 10 classes anytime each month)

Platinum Plan includes Unlimited Classes (best value if you'll attend 3 or more classes per week on average - attend as often as you like)

Private Training

Private training is very advantageous to both new and experienced practitioners, including those already attending our classes. We'll teach your proper form and technique that will help you to achieve the maximum benefits and results, while decreasing the likelihood of injury. It's especially beneficial to those new to yoga or our Hot Flow Yoga, teaching you much of what we do in our classes so you'll feel more comfortable both physically and mentally.

We offer private, semi-private and small group instruction for all our offerings. We can focus on a single style of your choice or create a fusion incorporating multiple styles. Whatever your goal, including weight loss, muscle toning, stretching and increasing flexibility, injury recovery or rehabilitation, we can custom tailor a program for you, your family or group addressing the specific needs and desires of those involved.
