Our advanced heating system creates the perfect balance of heat and humidity, with air constantly circulated and purified by an ultraviolet air filtration system, removing odors, germs, spores and more, with fresh oxygenated air pumped in during class.
Bring the following: Water, yoga mat, non-slip mat towel and hand towel. Grip socks are optional (available at The Modern). Water, beverages, and mat/towel/grip sock rentals are available.
For optimal performance and to enhance your practice, we recommend you hydrate with 1-2 large glasses of water 1 1/2 to 2 hours prior to class and avoid eating during this period while you continue to hydrate. After completing class, it's important to continue hydrating for the remainder of the day.
Attending class: It is recommended you pre-register using our app or website to assist the check-in process. Members can access your account for the first time by clicking here to set your password (do not create a new account). Enter the email provided to us and a link will be emailed to create a password. First time visitors click here to register online to speed the initial check-in process and to access your account in the future.
Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class so you have ample time to check-in and get settled or at least 15 minutes prior if you're new. Wear lightweight and comfortable clothing that's breathable and preferably moisture wicking. More fitted is best since loose or flowy clothing may get in the way of your practice. Please observe good hygiene before, during and after class. The scent of perfume, cologne and lotion is often magnified in the studios, so try to avoid anything other than the bare minimum if you must apply it.
