Hot Flow Yoga

*WARNING: Our Hot Flow Yoga is extremely addictive, so practice at your own risk!

Simply the most effective single workout for your body, inside and out! Erase any preconceived notions of what you envision hot yoga to be! Expect to feel and see results almost immediately, whether just getting started or already very fit and active. In addition to the amazing fat and calorie burning, toning and strengthening benefits, expect a reduction in overall pain and stiffness, including key areas such as the back and hips, an improvement in performance in everything you do, and a reduced likelihood of injuries throughout the body. Our modern day style has Bikram origins but is so much more! Whatever your experience level, or lack of it, you will love our classes, environment and Modern vibe. For men & women of all levels and ages (16+ for hot classes). Class time is 68 minutes.

Burn 600 to 800 calories with our modern day, toning, fat burning, cardio enhancing, flexibility increasing, injury preventing, detoxifying and mind calming, full-body workout, featuring popular and energizing music. There's no chanting or standing on your heads here - just a kick-ass workout with fun music pumped up at times along with your heart rate! You’ll leave every class feeling energized and happy. Runners, golfers, tennis players, bikers, spinners, OrangeTheory, Pilates and barre participants, Crossfitter's, weight lifters, martial artists, basketball, baseball and football players, plus those who participate in any sport imaginable will benefit from our modern style.

Our advanced heating system creates the perfect balance of heat and humidity, with air constantly circulated and purified by an ultraviolet air filtration system, removing odors, germs, spores and more, with fresh oxygenated air pumped in during class.

Bring the following: Water, yoga mat, non-slip mat towel and hand towel. Water, beverages, and mat/towel/grip sock rentals are available.

For optimal performance and to enhance your practice, we recommend you hydrate with 1-2 large glasses of water 1 1/2 to 2 hours prior to class and avoid eating during this period while you continue to hydrate. Heated Total Body Sculpt

Heated Total Body Sculpt is a fun and thorough full body workout set to upbeat music, incorporating multiple styles for an amazingly effective workout. Held in our studio heated to approximately 82 degrees, it includes cardio and strength building exercises that tone, lift, firm, burn calories and fat, strengthen and lengthen muscles while increasing flexibility and range of motion. We utilize light weights, exercise bands, gliders and other equipment to achieve a thorough full body workout (with a little extra emphasis on the abs and core). Open to practitioners of all levels. For the safety of our members, and to maintain a sanitary environment, grip socks are mandatory (for all classes except Hot Flow Yoga). Class time is 60 minutes.

Private Training

Private training is very advantageous to both new and experienced practitioners, including those already attending our classes. We'll teach your proper form and technique that will help you to achieve the maximum benefits and results, while decreasing the likelihood of injury. It's especially beneficial to those new to yoga or our Hot Flow Yoga, teaching you much of what we do in our classes so you'll feel more comfortable both physically and mentally.

We offer private, semi-private and small group instruction for all our offerings. We can focus on a single style of your choice or create a fusion incorporating multiple styles. Whatever your goal, including weight loss, muscle toning, stretching and increasing flexibility, injury recovery or rehabilitation, we can custom tailor a program for you, your family or group addressing the specific needs and desires of those involved.

Sports Specific & Corporate Wellness Programs

We have special programs available for teams, groups, and businesses interested in offering a unique health and wellness program. Team and group programs (sports specific, if requested) can be customized to focus on enhancing performance, conditioning, injury prevention, recovery or other areas.

For businesses interested in implementing a health and wellness program, we can design one that will be enjoyable and beneficial to all, no matter the age or present condition of those involved. We can include any combination of, or all, the following: fitness, diet, weight loss, and mind/body relaxation. We offer custom to go meal plans, so everyone can enjoy a healthy meal in the workplace. You can't have a healthy mind without a healthy body!

The Modern Heated Yoga Sculpt is offered in a studio heated to approximately 90 degrees, providing the numerous benefits of a heated environment. We step up the pace and heart rate in this class set to fun music, utilizing light weights and blending functional movements with yoga. This class is an energizing, full body conditioning, strengthening, lengthening, and toning workout, including targeted movements that will improve your cardiovascular conditioning while burning away the fat. Our sequence has been purposefully designed for those with or without prior yoga experience, and will enhance performance and help to prevent injuries in other activities you may participate in. Heated Yoga Sculpt is a must try! For the safety of our members, and to maintain a sanitary environment, grip socks are mandatory (for all classes except Hot Flow Yoga). Class time is 60 minutes.

The Modern Hot Box is an upbeat fusion of cardio, shadow boxing, toning, lengthening and strengthening the entire body, including the abs, core and glutes, using light weights and other equipment. Set to popular and motivating music like all our classes, Hot Box is performed in a heated studio (not too hot) which helps to elevate the body temperature, heart rate, caloric burn and benefits you will quickly realize from our newest offering. For the safety of our members, and to maintain a sanitary environment, grip socks are mandatory (for all classes except Hot Flow Yoga and Restorative Yoga). Class time is 60 minutes.

A healing and restorative practice that's the perfect complement to our more active classes. Restorative yoga is the centering of your breath and body, aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement. Poses such as light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle bends are held for minutes at a time. An incredibly healing and calming experience with instant results. Props may be utilized to enhance this practice. Open to practitioners of all levels. Class time is 60 minutes.

The Modern Barre is set to upbeat music and takes you through a series of isometric exercises designed to develop long lean muscles, while enhancing flexibility and improving balance. A full body workout targeting the upper body, followed by legs, glutes (tones & lifts) and abs. Stretching is added between each segment, which lengthens muscles, aids in toning, flexibility, and injury prevention. Open to practitioners of all levels.
